China Telecom launched its cloud services globally in 2023, and D2 Studio was invited to host a hybrid online-offline global launch event for China Telecom at the Marriott Hotel in Hong Kong. The event invited selected clients, partners, and executives to attend, and we held an eagerly anticipated and unforgettable global release event for our customers.

eSurfing Cloud is China Telecom\'s new service, so D2 Studio designed a new event image for the customer, aiming to bring a fresh feeling to the guests and global customers. At the venue, we set up a large LED screen stage and display area to showcase the advantages and features of cloud services. At the same time, the event was broadcast live through overseas and Chinese live platforms for customers in different regions.

In terms of event planning, we arranged a welcoming cocktail before the event to welcome guests and provide a series of photo decoration arrangements. For the opening ceremony, we specially created an opening animation for the customer to highlight the theme and service features. The entire event lasted for two hours. After the event, we also arranged a post-event cocktail party and provided live music performances to draw a perfect conclusion to the successful event.
